Our chefs start very early each morning to bake the breads for your breakfast, made from our own sourdough starters.
The butter is our own cultured butter, the yoghurt is ours, if it’s smoked we’ve done that too, if it’s pickled, fermented, cured or compressed - all us too. Everything we do is made fresh and from scratch. The way it should be.
Our dairy and eggs come from Mungalli Creek from our own Tablelands region. All their products are GMO free, gluten free, free of preservatives and colours and is certified A-grade biodynamic.
