CHAPTER ONE

Our dining style is simple - wood-fire grilled meats and seafood from Australia’s very best producers. Our team has an uncompromising focus on delivering dishes driven by both produce and a combination of techniques from artisan to modern including cooking with fire, smoking, fermenting and sous vide.

 

The menu allows us to create tailored dining experiences, each unique including a la carte, multiple courses as a degustation or large boards to share.
